Corey's training week 1

Week 1
Goals for week: Work out 3 days. Do drills 2 days
Monday
   Rode bike for 30 minutes, did Ab Ripper X (From the P90X work out program)
Tuesday
  Posting drills on stationary barrel
Wednesday
  P90X Core Synergistics
Thursday
   Posting drills on stationary barrel
Friday
  Worked cows
Saturday
   Cardio X (P90X)
Sunday
   Rest Day
*posting drills consist of a stationary barrel with a weighted harness pulling you toward the rear of the animal in order to mimic the forward movement of a bull. Concentrated on breaking at the hips and getting out over the front-end of the animal.

*along with posting drills I also like to shuffle to the top of an inclined barrel with my feet
