*posting drills consist of a stationary barrel with a weighted harness pulling you toward the rear of the animal in order to mimic the forward movement of a bull. Concentrated on breaking at the hips and getting out over the front-end of the animal.
*along with posting drills I also like to shuffle to the top of an inclined barrel with my feet
